Drafts and publication

Why your Minecraft server is not published on MineRate

A server can respond to monitoring and still have no public listing. Check ownership and publication status separately in your dashboard.

Checked against the MineRate dashboard ·

Saving a draft or confirming ownership does not replace submitting the listing for moderation.

Before you start

  • Access to the MineRate account that manages the listing.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Check ownership first

If the entry is unverified or awaiting manual review, complete that process. Verified ownership is required before submitting the listing for moderation.

  2. Read the publication status

Draft means it has not been submitted. In moderation means a review is pending. Rejected means you need to read and address the moderation note. Hidden on the site means approval alone has not made the entry publicly visible.

  3. Prepare a useful, accurate page

Write a clear name and description, select only real modes and supported versions, and check official links and access requirements. Dashboard readiness suggestions help improve the page; they are not a promise of automatic approval.

  4. Save and submit the listing

Save changes in Edit server, then use the moderation submission control in Contacts and integrations. Check the confirmation message and Notifications. Avoid repeatedly submitting while review is already pending.

  5. Check long-term availability

Catalog cleanup can exclude long-unresponsive projects. Restore the endpoint and inspect its next monitoring result. If it remains hidden after recovery, review the publication status and ask for help with the listing; do not create a duplicate.

If something does not work

Ownership verified, but still a draft
Verification unlocks owner controls. Complete the listing and explicitly submit it for moderation.
A rejected listing still does not appear
Read the reason, save the required corrections and resubmit. Saving changes alone does not convert a rejection into approval.
The page exists but is absent from Google
Publication on MineRate and indexing by a search engine are separate. Indexing is not immediate or guaranteed; use an original, informative description rather than repeated keyword lists.

Common questions

How long does moderation take?

MineRate does not show a guaranteed review deadline here. Check the status and moderation notifications instead of assuming that a delayed review is an error.

Does Online mean Published?

No. Online describes a monitoring response; Published describes the listing’s public visibility after moderation.
