Information we process
MineRate processes account details you provide, such as a Minecraft username and email address. When you use voting, reports, reviews, favorites, authentication, or server management, we record the information required to provide and protect those features.
Technical and security data
IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and pseudonymous fingerprints may be processed for authentication logs, abuse prevention, vote limits, security investigations, and aggregate statistics. Server status, MOTD, player counts, versions, latency, and public server metadata are collected from Minecraft servers and public directory sources.
Optional analytics
Yandex Metrica is disabled until you accept optional analytics cookies. If accepted, it may process page visits, interactions, device information, referrer information, and cookies according to its own privacy terms. You can reject analytics while continuing to use MineRate.
How data is used
Data is used to operate accounts and server pages, monitor availability, calculate rankings, prevent fraud, deliver votes, respond to reports, improve the service, and comply with valid legal obligations. MineRate does not sell account information.
Retention and your choices
Session and security records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose. Public server monitoring history may be retained to show uptime trends. You may revoke active sessions and disconnect Discord from your account. Requests concerning account data can be submitted through the account support channel.
Third-party destinations
Server owners may publish external websites, Discord invitations, social profiles, webhooks, and Votifier endpoints. Those services have their own policies. MineRate validates destinations for technical safety but does not control their privacy practices.
